Food for You- Things you should eat and shouldn't

Fruits and vegetable have fiber in them to make it taste nice and healthy and they have nutrients in fruit and veggies. All of those things are healthy for you. Usually people eat junk food because it tastes better then veggies and fruit. Other people like vegetables and fruits better than junk food because it keeps people healthy and it makes you grow and give you energy. Most people perfer junk food because it has heaps of nice things in it when you take a bite out of it. Everyone around New Zealand mostly like junk foods. I don't like vegetables but sometimes we have dinner that is junk food. I try and stop eating junk food but I can't I have tried vegetables but I didn't like it it tasted slimy and weird.
